All orders are custom made so please reach out to us a *minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event with the following information:

• Your name

• Contact information

• Occasion/type of event

• Event date

• What product you are interested in (braided graduation lei, forever flower lei, fresh lei, charm, mini charm)

*Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may include an additional "Rush Order Fee"

We will send you a customization form so we can gather details about

• Type of lei or charm

• Size/length

• Ribbon colors/*Type of flowers

• Size/color of hardware

• Any add-ons or other customizations you request

• Additional shipping costs

• 🤙🏽We offer a 10% discount for those ordering multiple products

*Final quote will be based on market availability of fresh flowers and greens.

We will send you a quote after we have finalized customizations and add ons

Once we have confirmed your order, we will set up a pickup date and time. A 50% deposit will be required to begin your lei or charm - as all orders are custom made. The remaining balance will be due before pickup.

We currently accept: Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay - Credit Card payment coming soon!

At pickup, we will include:

• How to care for your fresh lei

• The proper way to give and wear a lei

• What to do when you're done with your fresh lei
